1. Website information
This website describes STOXFULL’s digital services for general information. Service descriptions do not by themselves form a binding offer or guarantee of a particular outcome.
2. Quotations and scope
Project deliverables, timelines, fees, dependencies, revisions, support and acceptance criteria should be set out in a written quotation or agreement. Work begins only after the applicable proposal and terms are accepted.
3. Pricing and payments
Any displayed starting price or instalment is indicative and may apply only to selected projects. Final pricing, taxes, down payment, payment milestones and tenure are confirmed in writing. Financing or payment-option eligibility is not guaranteed.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients should provide accurate requirements, lawful content, timely feedback and any access or approvals required for the agreed work. The client is responsible for having rights to materials they provide.
5. Changes and third-party services
Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or timeline. Third-party platforms, hosting, APIs, payment services and app stores are subject to their own terms and availability.
6. Intellectual property and handover
Ownership, licences, source-code handover, third-party components and any ongoing support are governed by the specific written project agreement.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, app-store approval, business results or uninterrupted third-party services unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.
